It will give schoolchildren, students and our industry a high functioning venue to talk transport, train youngsters, and discuss tomorrow’s movement and mobility
The upstairs learning centre will add to that, offering flexible desking, fully equipped, with monitors and office-easy furniture, for education, study, and other needs.
In a separate space, Carman books, models, artefacts and memorabilia will be housed and displayed in the museum for study and public access.
Equipped with data input, storage, monitor and comfortable furniture, it will enable scholarly study of actual and virtual accessions, meeting space and workshops.
The history of Transport and 500 years of the Carmen will be communicated through a range of artefacts and interactive displays for adults and children alike.
